Pain, change, and love. The holy trinity of Odd Moon.

Jett Pratt was born on June 6th, 1991 in Nashville, TN is the decendant of legendary singer-songwriter Sonja Bird Yancey and Rockabilly Hall of Famer Vernis Pratt. An uneasy childhood full of twists and turns, constant phasing between Kentucky and Tennessee, the loss of his best friend, the love of his life, and his mother, and an unbreakable heart forged the entity known as Odd Moon. The former skateboarder and graffiti writer turned musician began creating music after 2 freak accidents in 2005 and 2006 that nearly took his life. Following in his mothers footsteps Moon started playing guitar and singing. Inspired by MC's (Lupe Fiasco, Immortal Technique, and Slug of Atmosphere to name a few) who had impacted his growth in the absence of his father who was incarcerated, Odd Moon began his journey as an MC. Returning to Nashville in 2015, Moon met Foundation Mecca and his brother Amen Shamen who invited him to join their cypher Fly-A-Tribe. Like the endless game of baseball played by the kids in "The Sandlot", Fly-A-Tribe was an effortless and never-ending flow of true hip-hop magic. Honing his skills at the cyphers and playing any venue he could, Odd Moon began to make a name for himself in the Nashville scene. In 2017, Odd Moon made his first worldwide releases with his singles "Hip-Hop Story", "Half Jackson/Deep Beneath", & "K.O.", which features Foundation Mecca & Amen Shamen. After releasing 2 more singles in 2018, Moon released his first full length project titled "Half Jackson" on August 3rd. Wasting no time, Odd Moon put out 2 EP's back to back in October (the HM Surf produced "Surf Telepath") and November (the Konsciencebeatz produced "sundoG") of 2018. Early 2019, Odd Moon signed on with On His Time Entertainment for the release of his currently unfinished album "Boon!"
